FA17 Baby and Me Fitness

Adult and Child 0-2 years

Thursday, 3:30-4pm

Sept 14 – Dec 14 (13 weeks). No class the week of Nov 20-26. Working off some baby weight? Want to get some exercise in without worrying about child care? This is the class for you! Caregiver and child spend quality time listening to child-friendly music while working on strength training, across the floor moves, and yoga. Comfortable clothing, sling or wearable baby carrier is optional but recommended. Instructor: Ms Erica Zintek Petro

FA17 Tai Chi for Seniors

Wednesday, 10-11am

Sept 13 — Dec 13 (13 weeks). No class the week of Nov 20-26. Tai Chi is a mind and body exercise characterized by slow, round, continuous movements that integrate awareness and breath support. Tai Chi promotes internal strength and energy through movements based on self-defense and traditional Chinese health principles. This class focuses on various health aspects including balance, circulation and stress relief. Instructor: Ms Diane Ryan
