Join the Blue Fairy, Stromboli and a lively cast of characters as Geppetto journeys beyond the toyshop to discover the meaning of family. When the Blue Fairy grants Geppetto’s wish to bring his beloved puppet to life, the new father quickly learns that being a parent is full of challenges. He struggles to make his son “the perfect boy,” only to lose him to a gang of Roustabouts. It is only when faced with the thought of never seeing Pinocchio again that Geppetto truly learns the joys of being a father and loving his child unconditionally.

Disney’s My Son Pinocchio, JR. is filled with a magical mix of unique roles for all types of performers – from blue Fairies, to Roustabouts and, of course, Geppetto and Pinnochio.

The course of true love never did run smooth.
Demetrius and Lysander love Hermia. Hermia loves Lysander, but is betrothed to Demetrius—much to her dismay. And no one loves Helena, though her heart belongs to Demetrius. It seems that love could never be so complicated!
When Hermia and Lysander escape through the forest to elope, Demetrius chases them—and Helena chases him.

In the forest, unbeknownst to the mortals, Oberon and Titania (King and Queen of the faeries) are having a spat over a servant boy. The plot twists up when Oberon’s head mischief-maker, Puck, runs loose, causing mayhem. With the magic of the forest bewitching the hand of fate, perhaps dreams of love will come true, while the complications become fantastically funny.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream has remained one of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies because the overarching themes of dreams, magic, and love speaks to all who experience this beautiful play. With an updated script, and set in a fun, funky steampunk forest, the BAC’s Star Production will put a new twist on a classic tale.
